    1. Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TranslatePro, available at boldexus.top ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of the Service

    TranslatePro is a free, browser-based translation tool. Translation results are produced by third-party machine translation providers. Your translation history and saved vocabulary are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We do not offer user accounts, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

    4. Use License

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its translation features, including for business purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. Under this license you may not:

    • Copy, redistribute, or republish the site's own content, code, or design
    • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
    • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
    • Access the Service through automated means such as scrapers or bots, or use it to build a competing service

    You retain all rights in the text you submit for translation, and you are free to use the resulting translations for your own purposes.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
    • Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
    • Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
    • Submit passwords, payment details, health records, or other sensitive personal data
    • Interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it or on the third-party APIs it depends on
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

    You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to translate it.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its name, logo, interface, articles, and underlying code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

    7. Third-Party Services, Links, and Advertising

    The Service depends on third-party translation APIs and displays advertising provided by third-party vendors. It also contains links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and how to opt out of personalized ads.

    8. Translation Accuracy

    Machine translation is imperfect. We do not guarantee that translations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Translations should be treated as a guide only, and content used for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or official purposes should be reviewed by a qualified human translator. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a translation produced by the Service.

    9. Service Availability

    The Service is provided free of charge and without any uptime guarantee. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Third-party API rate limits or outages may interrupt translation functionality.

    10. Your Data

    Translation history, saved words, and categories are stored in your browser's local storage. This data can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices or browsers. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. Use the export function on the Favorites page to keep your own copy.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including claims relating to content you submitted for translation.

    14. Termination

    We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 8, 11, 12, and 13, will continue to apply.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    16. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of boldexus.top is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

    17. Severability and Entire Agreement

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
